There is nothing quite like the feeling of SUMMERTIME!!!!Field Day is such a fun way to Celebrate the end of School.
Each Year they have a mini marathon where they block off the streets and let the kids run a mile race.

Max was all business!!! This was no fun run for him! He has that competitiveness running deep in his blood and he was going to WIN or else!!! He has been begging for some new fast running shoes for the big race and wasn't going home with out a medal.

The rest of the day is filled with fun games and relays. Emilee ran in two relays representing the 5th Grade.

Lucy and Jayne can't wait for their turn to be part of Field Day.

Is it already that time? I can't beleive how fast time is going... I am so proud of all of you Miller kids. You all look like you have a future in track and feild. I love how Max works in a new pair of shoes and they bring a Metal! Em I loved the relay that was always my Favorite! Abby you looked sooo BIG! Lucy how could you already be graduating from preschool? It doesn't seem possible and Baby Jayne could you get any cutier? I wish I could snuggle up and kiss on those cheeks!
The Thompson's want to Challange you to a race next time we are in town. The Loosers have to buy ice cream for the other family... Are you in?...
Kim are you up for the huge task ahead? Lots of popcyles... patience... and sprinklers... sounds like FUN to me. Make yourself a PLAY sign and put it out when you want the neighbors over... and one one that says NO PLAY when you have reached your limit. You better make 4 to cover all your doors. Mom would be awfully proud of you.

is there anything better then the end of a school year and stsart to a fun summer. i love this time of year, and bummed were leaving at the best part. i can only imagine what you house an dyard are going to be like this summer, BUSY!!!!
