The girls were so brave this year and ventured out into the waves!! The waves were big and so much fun this year. I can't believe we have kids old enough to be out there swimming with us.

Grandma Clark is the funnest part of Laguna every year. She doesn't miss a thing. She is always the first one down in the morning getting us our chairs and umbrellas, she is always out with the kids jumping waves, teaching swimming lessons in the pool, building sand castles, taking anyone in need to the bathroom, and is always keeping everyone happy and safe. I love you Mom! Laguna would never be the same without you. Our family would never be the same without you!

I have never seen Lucy so happy as she was this week. Digging, and making us sand pizzas, and jumping into the pool to her Dad 4 billion times. She thought she was really swimming. She would be smiling so big that she would forget to keep her mouth closed and would drink in water with every jump.

Abbie was a fish this trip. She spent most of her days practicing her swimming in the shallow part of the pool. She also loved playing with her cousins in the sand. She is still having nightmares of Serden (the beach attendant from Turkey) kissing her.
